Arrivals
5:00 pm
We are so incredibly happy to have you here at Pigeon River to celebrate with us. As you make your way through the main gate (We will provide the gate code as it get closer and you can use this throughout the weekend), please follow the signs to the Big Bear Lodge area to check in. We’ll be there to greet you with a warm hug, welcome gifts, and a refreshing drink to kick off the festivities. Once you've had a moment to relax, we’ll show you to your mountainside cabin where you'll be staying. We will provide dinner with more details coming soon. We can't wait to share this special weekend with you!
Welcome Bonfire
8:00 pm
Join us at Bobcat's Loft for a welcome bonfire.

Pickleball Tournament
10:00 am - 12:30 pm
Enjoy the morning in your cabin then come and join us at the Tennis Courts for some friendly competition or just come to watch! We will have two courts open for play and plenty of pickleball paddles to share. We will also have some drinks and light snacks followed by a lunch courtside.
Lunch
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Whether you come for the pickleball or just swing by after, come and grab some lunch with us by the tennis courts.
River Tubing
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Come down to the Pigeon River Manor and hang out by the river with us. Grab a tube and float around the Pigeon River or just hangout by the bonfire riverside. We will have drinks and snacks for everyone!
The Night Before
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Join us for a Night Before party down at the tavern overlooking the river, BBQ catering, cold drinks, good times. Transportation details will be provided as we get closer! There will be a bonfire to follow at Pigeon River Manor.

Morning Adventures
9:00 am
Wake up and enjoy coffee and breakfast at your cabin. Lunch foods will also be stocked in the cabins. There are no events planned until the ceremony and please plan to be ready by 4. The morning is free to you, so drive around the property, sit at one of the property lookouts, hang by the river, go for a walk on the walking trail, or feel free to head out and explore the surrounding area. Check out the Things To Do page for some ideas of things in the area. Some things are a little bit farther away so plan ahead if you are thinking of doing a big adventure that morning.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
This event is cocktail attire. We will be in grassy areas as well as walking some gravel roads, so maybe rethink stilettos.
The ceremony will start at 4:30, but please by ready by 4. Transportation details will be provided as we get closer!
Cocktail Hour by the River
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, grab another drink and hang by the river. There will be live music and light snacks.
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Reception to follow at the Entertainment Hall. Dinner will be served at 7

Check Out
11:00 am
Check out time is at 11. Swing by the Big Bear Lodge on your way out to say goodbye and grab some breakfast.
