When do I need to book into the room block at the Virgin Hotel

Answer

While we are past the group booking window we would still LOVE for all of our guests to stay at the same hotel as us & the majority of our guests. Since this will likely be one of the only times our families will have the opportunity to spend time together it means a lot to us that we get to spend as much time together as possible in such a limited weekend. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON TAKING THE PROVIDED SHUTTLE YOU MUST BE IN THE LOBBY BY 11:20AM.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 12 noon. The shuttles from the Virgin Hotel will leave promptly at 11:30am, so PLEASE ARRIVE IN THE LOBBY by 11:20am.If you are catching an Uber or if driving to the venue please allow yourself enough time to find it and to find parking. The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at noon and guests will not be allowed entry after the ceremony begins.

Will there be a reception?

Answer

There will be a small reception after the ceremony where we will gather for pictures and celebrate with donuts & mimosas & orange juice+ and of course toast speeches! We will also have a dinner reception at 4:00pm. For those of you who need to leave that evening please feel free to stay for whichever activities work best for you.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer

We are so very grateful to simply have our friends & family make the journey to come celebrate with us, so please your presence is gift enough. We know some of you are stubborn (very stubborn) so we have included a registry page if you insist on gifting.
