Shuttle
11:30 am - 3:30 pm
There will be two private shuttle buses from the Hotel to the Ceremony, departing from the Virgin Hotel at 11:30am. If you would like to take the shuttle please be downstairs by 11:20am as they will depart on time! After the ceremony & pictures there will be one shuttle that goes to the High Roller and one shuttle that goes back to the hotel for those uninterested in the Ferris wheel. The shuttle will wait for us at the High Roller and then return us to the hotel around 3:30pm for dinner.
Mini Ceremony
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Event Attire: The venue will be outside in a museum so please dress appropriately. January temperatures range in the 50s during the day and the 30s at night. While the couple will be dressed in their fancy wedding attire please feel free to wear what you are most comfortable in.
There will be a small celebration immediately after the ceremony at the museum with a mini-reception of mimosas and donuts! There will also be a celebratory dinner as well later that afternoon as well as some fun family friendly and then adult only evening activities. For those of you with Saturday flights we will be finished with the ceremony/mini-reception by 2pm.
High Roller Adventure
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Join us for an adventure in the sky! Come for a ride on the largest observation wheel in North America, where we will take some fun pictures and take in the sights. We know not everyone loves heights so there will be a shuttle back to the hotel as well. Please let us know if you will join us or if you prefer to decline, thanks!
Reception Dinner

Event Attire: PARTY FUN! The Evening Dress Code at Casa Calavera Las Vegas dress code is upscale dress. Gentlemen must wear a collared, button-up shirt and dress shoes. No t-shirts, tanks, flip flops, shorts, or sneakers are allowed during special events or Nightclub operations.
For those who are interested please join us for a hosted celebratory dinner back on the Strip after the ceremony! The restaurant is inside the Virgin Hotel one mile off the strip.
