NYS Wedding Guest Requirments

Answer

All guest attending the wedding and reception are required to be COVID tested. We want to celebrate with everyone as safely as possible. We will have to provide this information to the local health Department for approval. If you do not feel comfortable attending, we understand your concern, kindly decline the invitation. We hope to celebrate with you virtually instead.

COVID Updated Protocol As of March 15, 2021

BEGINNING MARCH 15: Weddings and Catered Events Venues are restricted to 50% capacity, with no more than 150 people per event. All patrons must be tested prior to the event. Sign-in with contact information required to assist with potential contact tracing. Venues must notify local health departments of large events, above the social gathering limit, in advance. Masks will be required at all times except when seated and eating or drinking. Ceremonial and socially-distanced dancing allowed under strict guidelines. Testing is required 72 hours prior to event. Schedule an appointment at your local health department.

Yes, parking for the ceremony is in the rear of the church and the reception has valet parking for your convenience.

Answer

Yes, the hotel recommendations are located in the Travel section of the website. There is a group rate code listed in this section.

It is a 15 to 20 minute commute.
