Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, black tie optional! Tuxedos are encouraged but not mandatory. A dark suit and tie are welcome, too! For the ladies, think floor-length gowns or a formal, elegant dress. Our ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the ocean (on lawn, not sand). Dinner and the reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We’re hoping for some California sunshine! June in Pacific Palisades typically brings daytime highs in the low to mid-70s, with temperatures cooling to around 60°F at night. Our ceremony is outdoors by the ocean, so expect a nice ocean breeze! Cocktail hour will be in an enclosed area with a fireplace for maximum cozy vibes, and dinner and the reception will be indoors!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when selecting your entrée on the RSVP page so we can accommodate your needs! The RSVP page will become available once you receive your mailed invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Our room block at the Shore Hotel is conveniently located about 15 minutes from Bel Air Bay Club. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to and from the wedding. Parking at the venue is limited, so we kindly ask that you arrange a rideshare or share a ride with other guests. It's the easiest way to arrive relaxed and on time, and it means you can toast with us without worrying about the drive home. Thank you for planning ahead!

What's the deadline to book through the hotel room block?

Answer

Please book your room through our room block link by June 7, 2027, to receive the discounted rate. After June 7, the hotel cannot guarantee the discounted rate. You can find the link under the "Travel" section of our website. We’d love for you to stay with us!

What time should I arrive for ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:15 - 5:30 PM so you have time to enjoy the ocean views, take a few photos, and soak up a little California sunshine before finding your seat. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6 PM.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're so grateful to share this day with you, and your presence is what matters most to us. For those who wish to give a gift, we have a registry and we’ve set up a honeymoon fund for those who would like to help us make memories on our first adventure as newlyweds. You can find both on the registry page of our website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation lists everyone we've been able to invite. Unfortunately, we aren't able to include additional guests outside of those mentioned on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to venue and guest list limitations, we're unable to accommodate children at our wedding, with the exception of those named on the invitation. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night out, and we appreciate your understanding!
