What should I wear?

Answer

We're going for "fancy but not too fancy" — think a notch below black tie. Suits or sport coats, cocktail dresses, or anything you’d wear to a really nice party (just maybe skip the tux or ballgown unless you’re feeling bold!). We’d love to see guests in rich jewel tones — emerald, sapphire, ruby, amethyst — you know, those deep, gorgeous colors that look great on everyone and pop in photos. So basically: Dress up, have fun with it, and feel amazing. If you’re wondering, “Is this too casual?” it probably is. And if you’re wondering, “Is this too extra?” — absolutely not.

What if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend guests arrive between 3:00-3:20pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do not walk down the aisle to find your seat, but instead walk along the outside of the chairs to seat yourself. If the processional has already started, we respectively ask you to wait in the entryway to not disturb the holy matrimony.

Can I bring my kids?

We’re keeping the celebration adults only (18+), with just one exception: our niece, the flower girl — Caleb and Taylor’s tiny VIP. We love your little ones and we hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a fun, kid-free night with us!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unless your save the date or invitation specifically says so, we’re keeping it intimate and not including plus-ones. We really want to celebrate with the people who know us best — and that’s you!

Is there parking at Equestria West?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking. Uber and Lyft also take some time if ordered to this venue, so please be patient if that is your preferred mode of transportation. Please be smart and know that cars are allowed to stay overnight but must be picked up by 10 am November 22. There will be no shuttle service.
