FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by and how can I do that?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by July 1, 2025, through our website. Navigate to the RSVP section, enter your name, and follow the prompts.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dressed up for the evening in semi-formal attire. We ask that men wear suits or khakis with a dress shirt (a tie is optional). For women, dresses, skirts, etc. are welcome. Dress to impress but feel comfortable. We kindly request no jeans or white dresses.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve chosen to have an unplugged ceremony and we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be turned off during the ceremony so they are not in our photos. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment, and we look forward to sharing those photos with you. This allows everyone to be fully present and enjoy the moment with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list and seating have been thoughtfully arranged. If your invitation includes a plus one, we’d love for you to bring a guest. If not, we appreciate your understanding in joining us solo.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

When you RSVP, you’ll see the names of those invited. If your children are listed, we would love to have them join us.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in.

Question

Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place outside. The reception will be in a large tent. In the case of rain, everything will be held under the tent.

Question

What will be served for dinner and will there be other meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will include bacon-wrapped chicken with alfredo sauce, candied carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, spring mix salad, and a dinner roll. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

I have more questions, who can I contact?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to the bride, Madeline Eckel, at 218-296-1501 or the groom, Isaac Polovick, at 320-766-8255. We’re happy to help!
