Travel Note
Accomodation
The site of the wedding party is charming Colmegna by the Lago Maggiore (Italy). Maccagno is the village right next to Colmegna (+/- 20 minutes walk) whereas Luino is the city on the other side of our village (+/- 40 minutes walk). Both offer several possibilities of accommodation in the form of hotels, apartments and Air Bnb's.
Hotel
Camin Hotel rooms
The hotel where we are celebrating is of course available for room booking. If you mention you are coming in for our wedding you will get a 5% discount. Pay attention, there are two Camin Hotel in the area! The one where we will be celebrating is in Colmegna (Via Palazzi) and not in Luino (via Dante Alighieri). Even if the two are not very far from each other, it is still a long walk!
House Or Rental
CAMIN HOTEL APARTMENTS
The Camin Hotel also offers several apartments and houses to rent, perfect if you want more independence or if you are traveling in a larger group. Here as well make sure you check the address before booking : the villages nearby are great if you plan to have a car (or motorbike or horse) with you, but they might be a bit far if you don't.

Travel Note
Airports
Malpensa (MPX) is the closest airport to the lake Maggiore and has one direct train connection and several indirect ones. Bergamo Airport Orio al Serio (BGY) and Linate (LIN) are also not very far but it might be more complicated to get to the lake afterwards.

S30 Bellinzona–Cadenazzo–Luino–Malpensa Areoporto This train is very practical as it runs from the airport itself and stops right in front of the wedding site! Make sure however to check the timetable as it doesn't ride very often (+/- every 2 hours) with the last departure of the day around 7pm form Malpensa.
Rental Car
Taxi
Keep in mind that if you arrive at the airport with several other people it might be more practical to split a taxi.
