What time should I arrive at Sedona Golf Resort?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony starts at 4:15pm on April 6, 2024. Please make sure to be here a few minutes before that.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our evening wedding is formal attire (suits for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women). We would recommend to bring a light jacket for the evening, as April can get chilly in Sedona.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will take place outdoors on the ceremony grounds, near the clubhouse. Cocktail hour will be outdoors as well, on the clubhouse patio. Reception will be indoors with access to the patio.

What will the weather be like?

On average, Sedona temperatures in April can range from a low of 45 degrees to a high of to 70 degrees.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be plenty of parking on-site for all guests.

How do I Rsvp and when do I need to Rsvp by?
Answer
Please confirm if you will be attending the wedding by March 1, 2024. You can do this online by clicking on the "Rsvp" section of this website. We are so excited to celebrate with you! If you have not RSVP'd by March 1, you are not guaranteed a seat at the ceremony or the reception.

Can I request a song to play at the wedding reception?

Yes!! Reach out to Jorge or Lauren and we will add your song to our wedding playlist.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Yes, of course! Your wedding invitation will say "Guest Name...and family" which includes your kids!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We cannot include a plus one for everyone due to limited space at the venue. If your wedding invite says "...and guest" please feel free to bring a plus one. Let us know if you have any questions!

What food and drinks will be available?
Answer
We will have hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and an open bar. Kids 12 and under will receive a kid's meal. If you need a vegetarian/vegan option, or if you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know.
