Most of our friends and family will be traveling from Denver or from out of state. For our guests, we recommend staying in the town of Crested Butte. As a popular ski resort destination, Crested Butte offers a wide variety of lodging options to fit different preferences and budgets.
Some hotels we recommend include Elevation Hotel & Spa and The Grand Lodge Crested Butte. Airbnb and Vrbo are also great options, especially for guests who would like to stay with friends, share a house with other guests, or are traveling with a larger group.
Gunnison is the closest nearby city, located about 30 minutes from Crested Butte, and also offers a variety of lodging options, such as the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Gunnison.
