We kindly ask that you plan to arrive promptly at 5:00 PM. Guests will be welcomed inside the manor beginning at 5:00 PM for pre-ceremony spritzes and light refreshments. You’ll have time to relax in the air conditioning, use the restrooms, freshen up, grab a drink, and mingle while everyone arrives. When it’s time for the ceremony to begin, we’ll guide guests to their seats. This way everyone can settle in comfortably — no waiting outside required. We can’t wait to celebrate with you 🤍
Black Tie Optional We kindly suggest formal attire for our celebration. Gentlemen may choose a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear elegant gowns or dresses—floor-length or tea-length are both beautiful options, and spring colors are especially appreciated. We are looking forward to a beautiful, formal evening and would love for you to dress to celebrate alongside us. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be fully indoors.
Yes! We’re excited to host a Welcome Event the evening before the wedding, on May 29th, at our venue from 7:30–9:30 PM. Champagne and desserts will be served—we’d love to see you there!
We are so honored you’ll be celebrating with us! Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. While we adore your little ones, our celebration will be limited to a small number of children within our immediate family. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Our venue offers a paved parking lot accommodating approximately 70 vehicles, with some additional overflow parking available on the property if needed. If you are planning to drive yourself please arrange your designated driver ahead of time! We kindly encourage guests to plan transportation in advance—whether that be carpooling, arranging a driver, or utilizing one of our provided shuttles (please indicate your preference on your RSVP). Due to the venue’s location, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft can be limited and unreliable, so we recommend arranging transportation ahead of time rather than relying on them. We have a dedicated team capturing both photography and videography, and we kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. This allows our team to fully document the moment and helps keep personal devices out of our photos. After the wedding, we’ll be sharing an album with our favorite images for everyone to enjoy.
