Whether you're traveling from near or far, we’d love to welcome you! Out-of-town guests, we know you've made a special trip, and we’d be thrilled to spend extra time with you throughout the weekend. Local friends, you're just as dear to us—please feel free to stop by! Drop in for desserts, a glass of champagne, and a quick hello. We’d love to see you as much as possible while we celebrate this weekend! The Lodge shares its address with our wedding venue, The View at Bluemont. To find us, follow the driveway past the white house—it winds up the hill and ends at a cozy log home overlooking the valley.

Wedding Celebrations
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black Tie Optional. We kindly suggest formal attire for our celebration. Gentlemen may choose a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear elegant gowns or dresses—floor-length or tea-length are both beautiful options, and spring colors are especially appreciated. We’re planning a beautiful, formal evening and would love for you to dress to celebrate alongside us.
**A note from our Planner** Please understand that by RSVPing “yes”, the couple will include you in their final guest count for seating, meals, beverages, favors, and other details prepared for the wedding day. If you are unsure about your availability, they would much rather receive an RSVP “no” now than look out and see an empty seat on their wedding day. Recently, planners have unfortunately seen more RSVP “yes” guests not attend. Emergencies aside, please only RSVP “yes” if you are confident you can celebrate with them.
Pre-Ceremony Toast

Please plan to arrive promptly at 5:00 PM to enjoy a quick Pre-Ceremony Toast! We’ll be serving a Signature Spritz Cocktail & Prosecco along with non-alcoholic options to help you settle in and *sip* into celebration mode! You’ll have time to relax in the air conditioning, use the restrooms, freshen up, grab a drink, and mingle while guests arrive. When it’s time for the ceremony to begin, we’ll guide guests to their seats. This way everyone can settle in comfortably — no waiting outside required. We can’t wait to celebrate with you 🤍
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 5:45 pm

Guests will be escorted to the ceremony patio by event staff at 5:20pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Anyone arriving later than 5:25pm will be asked to remain on the back patio during the processional, and will be shown down to the ceremony after the processional has completed.
Cocktails, Dinner, & Dancing
5:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to enjoy cocktail hour with both indoor and outdoor spaces open throughout the property. Passed hors d’oeuvres and stationed appetizers will be served alongside drinks. As cocktail hour concludes, guests will be invited to dinner, followed by dancing and a full night of celebration. We’re looking forward to great food, great music, and a packed dance floor. The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM.
