Question

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

Short answer- preferably not. We would like to make the ceremony and reception kid free, which is only 4 pm to 9 pm on Saturday. We understand this could be make or break for some families- and we would rather have you come with the children, then not come at all. Some guests are bringing the kiddos, but leaving them at the lake house with a sitter or older child for the short time frame. Or making it a kid free vacation! If you absolutely MUST bring them to the ceremony and reception, please indicate that in the RSVP so we can plan for space and food. They are welcome to come to the welcome BBQ and other events! But due to venue capacity, we ask for the ceremony and reception to be kid free. Thanks for understanding! Feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom with any questions!

Question

Do I have to come to all events?

Answer

Absolutely not! We would love to have you, but you are not required at everything. We just wanted to give you a few options since you may be traveling! We do ask that you RSVP to the events you are coming to so we can plan for space and food!

Question

Do I need to stay in a lake house?

Answer

Nope! We have blocked off hotel rooms, and there is camping/ RV spaces around the lake. Feel free to stay where you want, and make it a vacation! Also feel free to pair up with other guests to go in on a bigger lake house if you would like.

For all the days along the way
