To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We kindly ask that no infants and no children under 21 attend and we thank you for your understanding.
Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. We kindly request that only those whose names are specified on the invitation attend the event. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
Please RSVP by September 1st.
Please list any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and select your meal.
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled before the ceremony starts. Those who arrive after 6 PM will be unable to join us for the ceremony.
Due to the venue’s location, rideshare services are often unavailable or extremely limited. We strongly recommend taking the shuttle we're providing or driving yourself.
The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. Cocktail attire typically includes a suit, cocktail dress, or formal jumpsuit. A quick Google search will show you many examples of how to dress for this occasion. We ask that you do not wear jeans or shorts and that you avoid wearing outfits where the primary color is white, cream, beige, etc.
Bridesmaids will be in dusty blue and groomsmen will be in navy.
Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will be held outside. Stiletto heels are not recommended as the ceremony area is grass. The reception will be held indoors.
In the Fall, Delaplane, Virginia, is typically between 50 and 70 degrees. We recommend that you check the weather before you travel and bring layers.
We've both decided to keep our last names, so you can continue to call us Kayla Ebright and Bob Wiley after the wedding. Our cat, however, might choose to hyphenate and go by Piper Ebright-Wiley but we’ll let her decide!
We are so excited that you would like to share pictures of our day! You are welcome to post pictures, we just ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony so that our photographer can capture this special moment. We will share plenty of pictures once we receive them.
All wedding festivities will be in person.
Take a look at the "Things to Do" page for some ideas!
If you have any questions, please reach out to Kayla and Bob at ebright.wiley@gmail.com.
