Find the booking engine. 2. Select your Destination (RIVIERA CANCUN), Check-in and Check-out dates (minimum 3 nights), Number of guests and add the Promo Code. 3. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY” 4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied” 5. In the comments box, please add the promo code. 6. Complete your booking, and that is all. What is the last day to book my room? What is the last day to RSVP?

The last day to book your room is December 1, 2023. IF YOU DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOM BEFORE THIS DATE.....YOU DID NOT RSVP!! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AT THE RESORT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE! The last day to RSVP is October 1st. Flights will be at the highest by October. I don't want any last minute change of hearts. I will just assume that you aren't able to make it, and we'll see you all later state side. no hard feelings.

Can I stay at another resort in the area?

Answer

Short answer: NO Although there are many hotels in the area, it would be best for you to book your stay at the Excellence Collection Resort. There will be an extra fee incurred if we have guest stay off site. You will also be limited to how much time and access you will be allocated at the resort.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Please do not book your room unless you know you're going to obtain a passport for the trip! We do not want you to be disappointed and unable to attend the trip.

Is the trip refundable?

Answer

You will need to purchase travel insurance. This is the only way to protect your purchase. Just like purchasing any flight tickets or other trip tickets, it is your responsibility to protect your purchases in case of any emergencies or events that may occur outside of your control.

What if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

Everyone that was invited to our BIG DAY was done in consideration and love. We would love for everyone to be able to make it but if that is not an option at this point, we will be sharing our streaming link at a later date closer to the wedding day.
