Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Most major airlines have direct flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please keep in mind that you do need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Cancun International Airport is just 25 minutes away from the Finest Playa Mujeres Resort. When booking with the promo code, you are offered return (roundtrip transportation) to and from the airport. If you are staying at the resort and used our promo code "EHBBMAR22FPM", please complete the following google form " https://forms.gle/5sni2yUh7KVbUsJ66" prior to March 1st, 2022. Or you can contact transfers@seasonstours.com and arrange your transportation with them directly. We recommend that you book directly with the airlines and one that you frequently use. Just in case this trip needs to be refunded or added to your travel bank. Leverage alerts from Kayak or Skyscanner to make sure you get the best offer.

Resort Occupancy Rules

Please be advised that if you aren't staying on the resort property they will charge us $100 per person for a day pass. This is also subject to the "resort occupancy rules". Please let us know, if you decide not to stay at the Finest Resort, or Excellence Collections, so we can plan accordingly. The resort only offers so many guest passes per day and should the resort be at maximum occupancy, you will not be allowed on site for the wedding.

There are 3 levels of rooms: Finest Suites, Finest Club, and Excellence Club. The main difference is the Excellence Club is Adults Only. Kids are not allowed in this building, even if it’s just to visit. Finest Club & Excellence Club rooms include upgraded amenities, access to members-only lounges and beach areas, and more. COVID- 19

As the world moves into a new era in the wake of Covid-19, your health is our number one priority. We chose the Finest Resort due to its safety protocols.  The Excellence Collection will be providing COVID-19 tests to guests with a return flight to a country that requires proof of a negative result. The tests offered are Antigen for USA and UK; and PCR for Canada. These are the COVID-19 viral tests accepted by these and other countries for reentry. They will continue to monitor international air travel requirements in the coming months, so the free testing option for the USA and the UK could possibly be changed, modified, extended, or suspended before or after January 31, 2022, especially if the country no longer holds this as a requirement. Of course, they we will keep guests informed of any testing updates in the coming weeks and months.

International Travel During COVID-19

The COVID-19 situation, including the spread of new or concerning variants, differs from country to country. All travelers need to pay close attention to the conditions at their destination before traveling. At this time, you do not to enter the country with a PCR test or vaccination. We will continue to monitor the recommendations from the CDC. Please note at this time, the United States does require all air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully and unvaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months before they board a flight to the United States. At this time, Finest is providing free COVID test to guest, who book using the promo code. After travel: Get tested with a viral test 3-5 days after travel, self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms; isolate and get tested if you develop symptoms.
