How do I book my visit?

1. Go to www.thefinestresorts.com 2. Input your travel dates & number of guests into the boxes at the bottom of the screen. Be sure to input our promo code EHBBMAR22FPM before clicking "check availability". 3. Select your suite category. 4. Select "add" and then "book now". Under "comments" add the promo code EHBBMAR22FPM 5. Complete your booking, and please notify Ebony and/or Brian about your booking Please RSVP by January 22nd, 2022, so we can have an accurate headcount and you will be able to use the active promo code.

How do we book our complimentary roundtrip transportation?

Answer

If you are staying at the resort and used our promo code "EHBBMAR22FPM", please complete the following google form " https://forms.gle/5sni2yUh7KVbUsJ66" prior to March 1st, 2022. Or you can contact transfers@seasonstours.com and arrange your transportation with them directly.

Can we make adjustments to our current booking?

Answer

Yes, before January 22nd. You are able to make any adjustments to your room. After, that you must cancel your room and rebook. Please note the promo code "EHBBMAR22FPM" and the benefits will not be honored if you try to make adjustments after the 22nd. The best way to make adjustments is to contact the Finest directly via phone 1 (877) 947 -9409

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We specifically chose a family-friendly hotel so that everyone could join, especially the little ones. This resort also has an amazing kids' section & pool, in addition to adults-only aspects. Please note when booking your suite that the standard suites in addition to the Finest Club suites are kid-friendly. The Excellence Club rooms are adults only. Please enter the ages of your children when you book your room. Everyone 13 years or older is considered an adult. Please reach out if you have questions!

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Mexico in March starts becoming more pleasant in certain areas. The central and northern cities start warming up while the south gets slightly warmer as well. The average temperatures are around 78-80 ºF

How many days should I stay at the resort?

Answer

Feel free to join us for however many days you'd like! The wedding itself is on Friday, March 25, 2021, and we will personally be there from Tuesday, March 22, 2022, through Monday, March 28, 2022. However, please note that the promo code can only be used if you are staying 3 nights or more.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, you do. Please note that in order to travel to Mexico, your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your arrival. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to September 2021. If your passport does expire within six months of your visit, you must renew your passport. Also, remember if you decide to bring your children, they will require a passport as well. Passports wait times are currently around 18 weeks. What's the vibe and dress code?

Dress for a party! Wear your favourite party outfit. Please note here is a dress code at the resort. This mostly applies to restaurants and bars in the hotel, which require "casual elegance", which translates to no flip flops or shorts. Men: they will not let you into the restaurants for dinner if you are wearing shorts. When should I book my room?

Answer

As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please reserve your room thru the website. Remember, when using the promo code, you will not be charged until 30 days prior to arrival. **If you chose to book outside of the promo through an OTA (Expedia, Bookit, Agoda, Priceline etc.) and the hotel becomes overbooked, you run the risk of getting "bumped" to another hotel. Let us know, ASAP, so we can confirm with our wedding coordinator.

Is it OK to use the water from the tap?

Answer

The tap water in your suite is purified, but we recommend drinking bottled water only. All the water served in the restaurants and bars has been purified and treated to ensure the highest quality standards

What are the restaurants available?

Finest Playa Mujeres offers 12 irresistible all-inclusive international dining options, plus one beach snack grill and one Sports Bar with snacks. And with 16 different bars throughout the resort, refreshment is always at your fingertips. As for our Bar & Lounges, in our 16 bars and lounges at Finest Playa Mujeres, you will find top mixologists that will know how to whip up your favorite drink. All premium wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your Finest Playa Mujeres experience.

Do I need reservations for any of the restaurants?

There is no need to make any reservations as it is a first come first serve, however for the Hibachi grill you must reach our hostess at Shoji for your accommodation.

What kind of activities are available for Finest Kids?

Answer

At Finest Playa Mujeres you will find all-day activities for all ages–from toddlers to tweens to teens. Our facilities are segmented by ages: The Mini Club welcomes 0-2 years old, accompanied only by their parents or supervised by an adult. 3-6 years old; Registration is obligatory. Parents’ supervision is nonmandatory. Maxi Club 7 – 11 years old; Registration is required. Parents’ supervision nonmandatory. Teens Club 12 – 15 years old; Registration is required. In addition, the resort does provide a Babysitting service. It is a fee of 20 USD per hour per kid and you can arrange it with our Front Desk partners.
