We do not have any room blocks, but the HOTELS BELOW are our favorites at each price point in the Brickell / Downtown Miami area, which is halfway between the Welcome Party in South Beach on Friday and the reception in Coconut Grove on Saturday.

This is the JW Marriott in Brickell. There is a JW Marriott Marquis a few minutes north in Downtown Miami that is a little pricier. The Marquis is close to the Intercontinental.

This is a very nice hotel in Coconut Grove (near the Saturday reception venue) with a great espresso martini at the rooftop bar. However, our welcome party on Friday will be in South Beach so we recommend staying in Brickell, which is in between Coconut Grove and South Beach.
