Matron of Honor
Mandee is Lauren's older sister by 6 years and has been a role model, confidant, and best friend throughout her entire life. They grew up together playing dress up, watching Disney and 80s-90s romance movies, and spending the weekends on Silver Lake and the Holimont ski slopes. Mandee and Lauren have only grown closer as adults, which made it an easy decision for Ren to ask her to be the Matron of Honor for the Big Day. Mandee works as the Director of Development at Northwestern Mutual and lives in Greer, SC with her husband, Bo, and their sweet son: Rowen.
Best Man
Even though the two could pass as relatives, Chris and Bo originally met when Chris flew down to South Carolina for the first time. Christopher recalls that it felt like they had known each other for their entire lives. They instantly bonded as they shared a love for sports, BBQ, and music. Not a few days go by where the two of them don't meet up on the golf course or at a brewery for a drink. Chris chose Bo as his Best Man because not only is he an unwavering support to both Lauren and Chris, he is also the brother that Chris never had. Bo lives in Greer with the bride's sister and their son—Mandee and Rowen—and owns his own concrete-pouring business for the Upstate.
Bridesmaid
Nicole is the groom's only sister and also majored in English at SUNY Oneonta with Lauren. The two of them originally bonded over throwing Chris a surprise birthday party for his 21st but have only found they have more in common since then! They share an infinity for baking, shopping, binge-watching reality TV, snowboarding, and going out to local breweries and restaurants. Nicole's relationship with Chris and influence on his life has brought the two together, gaining a sister in the process. Nicole currently lives in the Upper East Side of Manhattan as a Radiographer at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
Groomsman
Josh is the bride's only brother and has been one of her best friends since Lauren was born. Their close relationship brought Chris and him together, creating a brother-like bond. Although they don't see each other as much as they'd like, the two of them make the best of their time together when they're reunited at holidays and weddings. Josh and Chris share a love for cooking, family, and intramural sports. Joshua is a graphic designer and resides in West Hollywood, California.
Bridesmaid
Lyndsay and Lauren grew up in their hometown of Perry together, going to school, running track, playing soccer, and scooping ice cream at the Charcoal Corral side-by-side. They originally met while both being butterflies in their 1st grade play about the rainforest but didn't become close until junior high. They remained so throughout high school, college, and even adulthood regardless that Lauren moved to Greenville; the two continued to be support systems for each other through life's up-and-downs. Lyndsay works as a business owner in Warsaw, NY and has a son named Levi.
Groomsman
Cameron and Chris first met when they transferred to SUNY Oneonta and destiny placed them as roommates. Little did they know that their friendship would develop into a life-long one, but between their shared love of music, simultaneous ACL tears, and some of life's most challenging obstacles, the two have been there for each other through it all. Chris describes Cameron as the life of the party but also the one with the biggest heart and best jokes; he never fails to make people laugh. Cameron is from Long Island and owns a contracting business in the New York City area.
Bridesmaid
Kate and Lauren met on the rugby team in college, and Kate claims "Juke" was the first one to make her feel welcome on the team. The two of them instantly bonded over their similarities and feeling of being each other's "spirit animals", including their humor; demeanor; and love for competition, coffee, and sushi. The two of them have stayed close even after graduation and try to see each other for a weekend or Mets game at least once or twice a year. Kate currently lives in Boonton, NJ with her boyfriend and kitty babies and works as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Valley Hospital.
Groomsman
Brett and Chris's friendship began when the two were introduced at a local, annual music festival in Greenville. Although the two have only known each other for a few short years, they've grown close over their love of music, sports (Go Tigers!), and family values. Chris illustrates Brett as an undeniably reliable and loyal friend as he can always count on him to be there regardless of the situation or convenience. Whether it's going to The Office trivia, making Sunday dinner, or playing intramural kickball, the two are bound to have a good time. Brett resides in Greenville, SC with his wife, Paige, and their son, AJ. He works as an engineer at Sage Automotive Interiors.
Bridesmaid
Margaret and Lauren found companionship and strength in each other during their first year teaching when they both got a job at League Academy. They spent their days together writing lesson plans, eating taco rings, and staying caffeinated through Starbucks. Although it was a difficult year for both of them, their friendship helped to keep them grounded and have a close bond as a result of being each others' "first true friend in Greenville". The two still make time to hang even though life seems to get in the way. They love cooking, doing yoga, and shopping on their dates. Margaret lives in Greenville and works as a Orchestra teacher at Greenville Middle School. She will be accompanied by Lauren's first cousin, Mitchell, to preform the ceremony music.
Honor Attendant
Mitchell is Lauren's closest cousin as they grew up together at the family cottage on Silver Lake and are now reunited in Greenville as adults. The two of them have always bonded over their creativity and compassion, sharing a love for music, animals, and human connection. They have many memories of singing songs, making up games and dances, as well as confiding in each other through life's milestones. Today, Mitchell still lives in Greenville with his boyfriend and works as a local artist and actor. He will be accompanied by Margaret, one of the bridesmaids, to preform the ceremony music.
