Question

Is there a deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 5!

Question

What should we do if we are not feeling well?

Answer

We both have loved ones who are at high-risk of COVID. We ask that, if you are able, you please test before joining us, and if you are feeling unwell, that you stay home. While we'll miss celebrating with you, we promise we will make it up with our own celebration at a later date!

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

If you can make it to New London by Friday evening, we would love to see you at our welcome drinks (see the "Schedule" tab for more details). If not, you should plan to show up at the venue at 4:00pm (4:20 at the latest) so the ceremony can start on time.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

Answer

Traveling through Boston is probably the easiest, but there is also a regional airport in Manchester, New Hampshire. New London is about an hour and forty-five minutes from Boston by car, and there is a shuttle that runs from the Boston airport to New London via South Station (see dartmouthcoach.com). The hotels and venue are a short drive from the New London stop, and if you would like help coordinating that leg of your trip please let us know!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

The Fells has two parking areas: one just off the main road and a second down a driveway and by the pavilion. We ask that you please reserve parking spots by the pavilion for those with lower mobility. However, please note that the walk from the primary parking to the venue is a quarter mile along a road that is lovely but also unpaved. Please feel free to wear walking appropriate shoes, bring a change of shoes, and/or drop those who may have a harder time walking at the house or pavilion before parking in the upper lot. You can also grab a spot on one of the hotel shuttles as it arrives and ride down from the upper parking lot!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You should dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable and festive! In general, the vibe is semi-formal (think suits and cocktail dresses, though tuxedos and gowns are welcome, too) and weather-appropriate for fall in New England.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttles running to the venue from the two hotels where we have hotel blocks. There is also parking at the venue.

Question

Want to contribute to our wedding cookbook?

Answer

We are hoping to put together a wedding cookbook made of recipes from our loved ones! If you'd like to contribute (a link, a picture, a reference to a favorite cookbook, etc.), please copy and paste the link below! https://forms.gle/AEkbD78rGv2gMhCHA

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can find more information on the "Registry" tab, but if nothing moves you, you could send us a cookbook that you love. There are also options to donate to charities that are meaningful to us, and gifts are definitely not required. (Fun side note - we get a discount on things not purchased, so we may have thrown in an extra few goodies to take advantage of a deal ;D)
