Is there parking available at Swan Lake Caterers?

Answer

Yes. Swan lake has a large parking lot with ample space for all of our guests.

Is there parking available at St. Ann's for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. St. Ann's has a small parking lot directly attached to the church and a large additional parking lot across the street.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes of course! We will be providing an hour and a half long cocktail hour at Swan Lake following the ceremony. Full premium open bar and plenty of appetizers and charcuterie stations.

Are the ceremony and reception handicap accessible?

Answer

Absolutely. St. Ann's has a ramp directly in the front of the building leading right into the church, and Swan Lake's entrance is at ground level.

Will the food at the reception offer options for guests with dietary restrictions and preferences?

Answer

Yes! We will have multiple options for guests with Gluten restrictions and Vegan restrictions. Our chef has been made aware of these dietary requests.

What are the times and locations for the day?

Answer

The festivities are Sunday September 22, 2024. Our ceremony will be held at St. Ann’s Episcopal Church 257 Middle Rd. Sayville, NY starting at 1pm. The reception will follow at Swan Lake Caterers 388 River Rd. Manorville, NY starting at 5pm.
