We live in Dudley, which is in south-central Massachusetts. We are about an hour from three major airports, so shop the rates. You can take the train from Boston to Worcester (there are some connections and such, probably totaling 1.5-2 hours). We don't know of public transit options from the other airports (probably renting a car or setting up a shuttle).
We are working on a block of rooms at a hotel near the house. The house is pretty easy to get to. We'd recommend staying anywhere within about 30mins. Worcester will be the biggest city nearby. There are plenty of hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs nearby (although we'd recommend this option for mostly larger groups).

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
Boston is about 1.5 hours away from our house and is a bit hectic. However, this airport usually has lots of options. And I believe you can ride the train to Worcester.

It's about an hour away from the house. Pretty easy to get to and from. Probably our favorite airport.

This airport is actually right behind Worcester State University (where Sarah works). It is only 30 minutes from our house. It is a smaller regional airport but is also very convenient and close by!
