We are working on getting a block of rooms at a hotel nearby, but need to know how many people to expect first, so we'll keep you posted on this. Feel free to contact us with questions.
Any of the airports we listed under the Travel tab. Boston will have more public transportation options (we think). Providence and Bradley are pretty easy to get to, but will require a shuttle or rental car or other pickup. If you need help figuring anything out, let us know.
Expect the weather to be in the 90s. Rain is a possibility, but not a likelihood. Maybe bring a light jacket or sweater just in case. Don't forget sunglasses! Ladies, you'll want flat shoes (unless your wedding gift to us is a backyard aeration haha). Other than that, just bring yourselves and all the normal stuff.
Children are welcome. In fact, we have a role for kids in the wedding! Instead of having a flower child, we are planning for a flower herd of children to spread flowers and mild-chaos >.< We are also planning to have some activities for the children during the reception (coloring station, tic tac toe, cornhole, etc.). All that said, we will plan on dancing. After about 8pm, not all of the music will be kid-friendly.
We're not sure yet. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services (we think) are available from our house if driving is a concern. If we have a large group at a particular hotel or location, we may look into getting something setup. Please keep your transportation in mind. We will be partying, but don't want anyone to feel like they need to drink and drive.
Our registry has a lot of great gift options, and allows you to pay us cash electronically. We would recommend checking into that option first, but don't let that stop you! If you wanted to give something special or just wanted to hand us a gift/cash, feel free to bring it along to the wedding.
Wear what you want! (We don't recommend heels.)
