When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you can celebrate us tying the knot by July 12th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive in your seats by 3:45pm. The doors will open at 2:30pm where there will be optional stations and photo ops for you to participate in.The officiant will be going over important information ten minutes before the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Very untraditional but please wear ALL WHITE for this occasion. Please dress in white formal/cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

Our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible, we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. We are unable to accommodate plus ones. Thank you for respecting our wishes.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an Adult-Only (21+) celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and reception will be inside. For cocktail hour guest can mingle outside on the deck or indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking at the venue.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

There will be food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 1235 Moyer Rd Newport News, Va 23608. A wedding card box, a place for gifts, and Honeymoon fund QR codes will be at our reception.

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end at 10, however, we will be doing our grand exit an hour early (9pm) for those who wish to leave sooner.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking photos. Guest will be able to enjoy cocktail hour for 30 minutes including fun stations, photos taken, drinks, and snacks.

Please arrive anywhere from 2:30-3:45pm.

Are guest allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully request that guests do not take photographs during the ceremony as professional pictures will be taken throughout the day. We would love for our guest to be present and in the moment during this intimate time. However, after the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures as you like.
