We are so excited you'll be joining us in Elena's home & one of Dylan's favorite places. We recommend flying into Reno Tahoe International Airport if you are coming from out of state & renting a car or doing Turo. To get to South Lake you will drive through Carson City & up Highway 50 for the most direct route. But highly recommend going up Mt Rose Highway & driving down the East Shore of the lake on Highway 28 if you want to take the scenic route. The wedding is at the Landing Resort & Spa. But you have many options for lodging. The Coachman is our favorite boutique hotel just a couple blocks away from The Landing. Once you're here, most wedding festivities will be within walking distance but we encourage you get out & explore all that the Tahoe area has to offer in your free time! WEDDING BLOCK INFO: The welcome party is being hosted at this Hotel & is a 5 minute walk from the wedding venue. The group room rates for October 9th, 10th & 11th can be accessed (without the below link) by entering Group Code: GAMBOAPOWERS You will see an X on the 12th. The X just represents that the Coachman is not holding any inventory the night of the 12th, but it can still be selected as a departure date. Guest looking to extend their stay beyond the block or book an upgraded room type that we did not initially include can do so by emailing the request to: sales@coachmantahoe.com. The Coachman suggests making the reservation for the dates available first, then once it’s made, it’s very easy for them to go in and extend it out.
