Whats the dress code?

Answer

Formal We invite you to dress up and celebrate with elegance! Gentlemen, a suit and tie (or no tie) is perfect—tuxedos are not required. Ladies, cocktail dresses or elegant gowns are wonderful choices. Our wedding theme is garden vintage! Bring all the earth tones, floral, patterns, textures. Have fun with it! Please, no jeans or casual wear. Look your best and feel confident—we can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, so please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for seating

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held mostly outdoors, surrounded by beautiful greenery and vibrant nature. Imagine a lush, garden-like atmosphere filled with blooming plants and peaceful vibes — the perfect backdrop for celebrating with you all. There will be a temperature controlled indoor space available during cocktail hour. While Florida enjoys mild winters, January can still be a bit cool—especially in the evenings. If needed, outdoor heaters will be set up throughout the venue. Consider bringing a light jacket or shawl if needed.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

ALL events will take place at our venue. Guests will be guided throughout the day on where to go.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes parking is available, a parking attendant will be present to make parking a smooth experience.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, this will be an adults-only celebration.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We are already planning ahead on a few of our guests who we already know have dietary restrictions. Please let us know on your RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

All invited guests’ names will be listed on their invitation. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can accommodate everyone comfortably and maintain the capacity of our venue. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are diligently working on providing transportation from the hotel to the venue. Check back soon for details! Uber is always an option, and is a relatively quick ride from all recommended hotels.
