Maid of Honor
My sista, sista. I couldn’t imagine going through this day with anybody else. Even though we don’t get along all the time, she’s my rock. She’ll be the one making me cry at the wedding!
Maid of Honor
Miss Shandi Janz, what would Katie and I do without you? You’re the missing middle sister we’ve never had. I love your free spirit and the amount of happiness you bring to our lives. I’m honestly so excited to have to my two favorite sisters as my Maids of Honor.
Bridesmaid
I’ve known Megan since my freshman year of high school! We might drift apart, but we always come running back to each other. Nothing changes, we always pick up where we left off. I’m so glad I get to have this talented young woman help me with many things on my wedding day! I love you so much, and appreciate all that you’re doing!
Bridesmaid
I met Hailee my sophomore year of college and we started off as strangers only asking each other questions every once in awhile. As our friendship began to grow one day she asked me about my sweatshirt that had “Coach Hansen” on it. That’s how we found out Dylan and her went to the same high school, crazy! Ever since then it was history!
Bridesmaid
You can’t know one without the other! Courtney and Hailee are basically a packaged deal (cause they’re sisters). Courtney aka Curty is one of the funniest people I’ve ever had in my entire life. Everything about Courtney I love. Although we didn’t start off knowing each other too well, I first met Courtney when I was invited to go to her high school graduation with Hailee (LOL). We took an awkward couple of pics together and it grew from there.
Bridesmaid
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer after awhile of Dylan and I dating. The greatest memory I have with Jen is when we had a group of people go to the Amherst Fair. We all played games and got to know each other. While learning more about each other Jen found out that Dylan never “officially” asked me out, and gave him a hard time about it. Now, we all had a few drinks as this point when all of a sudden Dylan yells out, “MACKENNA LEIGH WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME?” Obviously I said yes, which means I owe you a big thank you!
Bridesmaid
Katie, you are seriously so chill. I LOVE IT. There are so many reasons as to why I’m excited that your in our wedding. The jokes that you make when we’re all together usually make my stomach hurt! You are such a great mom, and even better person. I can’t wait to have you as a sister!
Best Man
What can I say about Mike (JT, the last samurai) Nelson. He’s been one of my best friends since our freshman year of high school. We’ve been through so much together from high school wrestling, to him trying to be cool and drift his little Kia, to having him meet MacKenna. Mike even told her that he needed to approve of her in order for me to marry her! The best part about this guy is that we can go so long without talking and then we call to talk and it seems like nothing has changed.
Groomsman
Casey is my big little cousin. He will always be more of a brother to me than a cousin because we were raised together like so. I used to always make fun of his big ears and call him Dumbo cause of it; however, the tables have now turned cause he makes fun of me for being fat. No matter what I know Casey will be there for me cause he’s that good of a person. Love you bud.
Groomsman
THE GREAT CODY LENZ. Our friendship didn’t really start as a friendship more of a rivalry. We always competed in the same wrestling tournaments whenever we were younger. We always had a competition to see who would have more pins or would would win more matches, but through that rivalry we became great friends. I’ll never forget living at your house during the summer and your mom grounding me from coming over all because we gave your brother a swirly.
Groomsman
Casey is that guy in the group that always takes things a little too far, which makes for great stories in the end. This means he’s always there when you need a good laugh and he doesn’t give a flying f**k about what others think of him. We got to know each other through his older brother Cody. When we first met I liked Casey more than Cody due to the whole wrestling rivalry... and noting has changed. JK love you guys just the same! On a side note, MacKenna and I can’t wait for Casey and Rachel’s wedding! We love you guys!
Groomsman
Bryce is my genius little cousin. He’s currently going to UW Eau Claire to become a teacher. One of the best parts about having this guy in my wedding is that he’s always been like a little brother to me. AND. He got ordained online for us so he can officiate the wedding! Now, when I lived at Uncle Dan’s house he was always down to play video games or go to the movies. He’s just a great kid that has a bright future ahead of him.
Groomsman
This little shit is my brother. He was born when I was in middle school and the best part about it was getting out of school early to go and meet him. I’m just kidding! The best part about it was that I wasn’t the only boy in the family anymore! As of recently MacKenna and I have had him sleep over at our apartment a couple of times to just hang out and play video games. He’s such a good kid, and I cant believe he’s going to be in high school! We asked Jared to be in the wedding and he said maybe, then he said no. Long story short he got the short end of the stick and is now in it! Love you man, I’m so glad you decided to be part of this day.
Groomsman
MacKenna strongly disliked Gio when we first started dating because we’d go out drinking all the time and do stupid shit together. He ended up living with us for a short period of time and we’ve come to learn how sensitive he is. Gio is always one for having a good time and whenever I think about us drinking together I always think of him saying. “I f**k*** love you, I’ll take a bullet for you man.” You’re a great friend and I can’t wait to see you awkwardly dance at our wedding!
Ring Bearer
This spunky little character is going to be in our wedding! Novin is our godchild, which makes the experience of having him in our wedding even better. Jennifer is his mother, and by the time the wedding rolls around he’ll be getting closer to three years old!
Usher
The old man. haha He has been one good friend that I’ve always had no matter the time spent apart. I’ll always remember the night when the Badgers played against Kentucky ; MacKenna and I went over to Kyle’s house, and long story short we got s**t faced and MacKenna got to sit and watch all of us . I’m pretty sure we all got in trouble that night sorry, Melissa.
Usher
Ryan and I became really good friends when he gave me a bar tending job out at Hahn’s. Some of the best times I’ve had with Ryan was one we were done with work we’d go back to his place where we’d drink whiskey and smoke cigars. He’s been a great friend and whenever we get together it’s like nothing has changed.
