Where to fly into
There are a few options for where to fly into! Madison - Dane County Regional Airport This is the closest airport to the wedding, about 20 minutes to downtown. It is most likely going to be the most expensive. It is very small but makes for easy travel! Milwaukee - Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport This airport is about an hour away from downtown Madison. This airport is bigger and will likely be a bit cheaper. You can easily rent a car from here or take the Badger Bus from the airport and get off at the Madison UW Campus stop for about $23 a ticket. Chicago - Midway or O'Hare Airport Chicago is about 2.5 hours from Madison but these flights will probably be the cheapest! Maybe add a pitstop in Chicago?? Again, you can rent a car or take the Van Galder Bus (about $36 for adults and $12 for kids) The bus only picks up from O'Hare airport!!!!

This is a great option for families! Also located in downtown Madison there are lots of things to do nearby. This hotel is offering the discounted rate from 7/18/24 to 7/29/24. If you are looking to stay in Madison for an extended period time this is your best option!

Wyndham Garden Madison Fitchburg
This hotel is closest to the venue - only a 7 minute drive! This is a great option if you are coming in only for the night of the wedding and just need a place to crash. The shuttle will NOT be picking up from this location. It is further outside of downtown Madison and we don't recommend this hotel if you are looking to explore Madison for a couple of days.
