The Details

Someone once said: "I hope I find someone who loves me as much as Katie loves Connecticut." Luckily for Katie, she found someone who loves Connecticut as much as her. We can't wait to share our favorite spots with you.
Great Days Start with Coffee!!

Great Days Start with Coffee!!

158 Rowayton Ave, Norwalk, CT

Dylan and Katie never miss an excuse to get Arden's coffee. The almond cake is our favorite breakfast bite (or mid-morning snack).

Try a New Grandma Hobby? Thrifting?

Try a New Grandma Hobby? Thrifting?

996 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820

We wholeheartedly believe the best thrifting finds are found in CT- catch an estate sale, or check out this GEM in downtown Darien. Katie has never left without treasure (unfortunately) One of Katie and Dylan's favorite Saturday pastimes is grabbing Arden's coffee (above) and going across the street for a new Needlepoint project at Penny Linn. Dylan is actually amazing at kitting (matching up the thread colors) and Katie almost exclusively defers to his judgement on the matter.

Stop by Stew Leonards for an Ice Cream and a fun Treat!

Stop by Stew Leonards for an Ice Cream and a fun Treat!

100 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851

New to CT? or this side of CT? Stew Leonard's is an institution. A must see. A must experience. That is all.

Try New Haven Style Pizza!!!

Try New Haven Style Pizza!!!

1520 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824

Cracker thin crust. People have takes on which is the BEST Dylan will tell you its Modern Pizza (New Haven) Katie swears by Roseland in Derby. But either way, we can both agree that nothing tastes better than a good Colony Grill Pizza and a Beer (Blue Moon for Dylan, and Downeast Cider on Tap for Katie!)

No Day is Complete without Ice Cream

No Day is Complete without Ice Cream

144 Sugar Street, Newtown, CT 06470

Named best ice cream in CT for a reason. We actually moved from Stratford to Trumbull solely to be closer to this ice cream shop. Just kidding... but it is that good.
