The closest airport to our wedding location in Italy is: Milano Malpensa (MXP). Stresa is 1 hour away (about 30miles) from MXP. It is accessible via public transportation. There is a train station very close to the venue as well.

Some tips while in Italy
It's widely known that pickpocketing in Europe is real, make sure to keep your wallet, phone and valuable items in safe places and pay extra attention while on public transportation. Do not leave any visible valuable items in your vehicles while parked. When purchasing stuff at small shops, cash is often preferred. Some places do not accept credit cards so make sure to carry some cash with you. Please leave pineapple off of your pizza and do not order cappuccino anytime after lunch!
