Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress Code: Meadow Chic. Think flowing florals, muted solids, dressy denim and button up shirts. Would you go to a cocktail party in a meadow in this outfit? Perfect! Nice denim and khaki are always a welcome look. Be mindful of heels since the entire evening will take place on grass. Most importantly: be yourself!

Please note that +one guests are not available for our event. If someone's name was listed on the envelope of the invitation, then they are an invited guest. The same condition applies for children. We love the kids! We just don't have enough room to accommodate all of our loved ones for this special day. Ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive ahead of time to get parked, shuttled to the event and walk down to the ceremony location and get seated. Parking no later than 3:35 is a good target. Please plan to park at Conners Emerson school at 11 Eagle Lake Road in Bar Harbor. Both the large and small lots will have shuttle service. Shuttles will bring guests up the hill to the ceremony site and will begin running at 3:15pm. Parking is extremely limited at the site of the wedding and will not be available to guests. Cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the ceremony on the same grounds with no need for transportation. Let's get this party started!
