Black tie optional. Formal long or cocktail dresses for women, tuxes or suits for the men.

Only if specified on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only kids allowed at the wedding are the ones who have been invited; the young cousins of the bride and groom.

Yes! Please write it on your RSVP or reach out to us by the RSVP date about special food requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in the back of the church and on side streets. There is parking at the reception but we would prefer if guests would use our shuttle service from the hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation for the ceremony but there is a shuttle to and from the reception from the Holiday Inn hotel.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

A “dusty rose” color from David’s a bridal, called Quartz.

What time does the shuttle run?

Answer

The shuttle will begin pick ups from the hotel to Pen Ryn at 5:00 and will begin pick ups from Pen Ryn to the hotel at 10:30.
