Jacquelynn Deneau

Bride

A Word From The Groom You are the love of my life. You have brought a joy that I never knew I was missing, and every day with you feels like a gift. You complement my thoughts, support me without hesitation, and challenge me in all the right ways. Because of you, I strive to be better, stronger, kinder, and more grounded. I know you’re the one for me because I'm not the greatest communicator, but you still understand me completely. Your patience with my flaws and frustrations makes the hard moments easier and the good ones even better. I was lost before you, stuck and aimless, but your love gave me direction and meaning. What makes me fall for you again and again is your heart. Your kindness, empathy, and commitment to your #1 rule inspire me. You show grace to everyone, even when I wouldn’t. It reminds me that there are still good people in the world, I just have to look for it. I watch you take care of our dogs, and it excites me for our kids. I'm excited to watch them grow, knowing they will have a loving mother that will give them everything, and your confidence in me to raise them with you is one of the best compliments I've ever received. You’re my partner, my love, and my greatest adventure. I can’t wait to spend forever with you, and I promise to cherish every moment along the way.

Dwight Hunt II

Groom

A Word From The Bride From the moment we met, I knew there was something incredibly special about you. It's rare to find someone you can truly be yourself with, but from day one, you’ve accepted me exactly as I am. You make me feel seen, understood, and loved in ways I never thought possible. Whether it’s through your quiet strength, your steady leadership, or the comfort of your warm embrace, you always make everything feel right in my world. You’ve been my constant support through every high, every low, and all the moments in between. Whether it’s my long work hours, my endless thirst for learning, or my wild ideas, you’ve been there—lifting me up, encouraging my dreams, and reminding me that we’re in this together. You’ve shown me what true partnership looks like, and you’ve become my best friend, my biggest cheerleader, and my rock. I feel so incredibly blessed to have found not just my soulmate, but my person. The one I get to share this beautiful, crazy life with, the one I’m excited to grow old with, and the one I’ll always call home. You are my heart, my safe place, and the person I truly can’t imagine spending a single day without. Houston, Rosco, Rosiland, and I are beyond excited that our little family will now share the same last name as you. It feels like the perfect next step in this beautiful life we are building together. I can’t wait for all that’s still to come. Cheers to my groom, the love of my life, and our future together as husband and wife!

Jennifer Penick

Matron of Honor

A Word From The Bride For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her yet, let me introduce you to Jennie—my incredible younger sister and Matron of Honor! Jennie has this amazing mix of creativity and energy that just lights up any room, and I know she’s beyond excited to be here, celebrating this beautiful moment and making memories with all of you. More importantly, beyond all her talents, Jennie has always been my rock. She’s the one with the infectious laugh, the kind heart, and the biggest, most loyal support system. Growing up with her was a wild ride of laughter, secrets, and spontaneous adventures, with the occasional sisterly squabble thrown in for good measure. Through it all, she’s shown nothing but fierce determination and unwavering loyalty to everyone she loves. Watching Jennie grow into the incredible woman she is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. As my matron of honor, I know she’s here not just to stand by me today, but to make sure every moment is filled with love, joy, and, of course, plenty of laughter—just like she always does. I honestly can’t imagine celebrating this day without her by my side. Cheers to love, laughter, and sisterhood!

Alex Geyer

Best Man

A Word From The Groom Alex is, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most genuine people I've ever known. We met in the Marine Corps, and through the trials of military life, our bond grew into something unbreakable—something that goes beyond friendship. Alex was always right there by my side, part of the "Front Porch," the group of Marines I leaned on the most. His Midwestern charm, boyish humor, and fearless sense of adventure made every day an unforgettable experience. Whether it was sharing a laugh over some silly prank, stealing traffic cones, or indulging in our shared love of motorcycles, we always had a blast together. And of course, we never missed an opportunity to cheer on our 2023 National Champions—Go Blue! Looking back, it's those moments—the laughter, the camaraderie, the challenges—we faced together that I’ll carry with me forever. Alex isn't just a friend; he's family.

Youko Peterson

Bridesmaid

A Word From The Bride If you’ve ever seen Youko and I together, you can instantly tell how deep our friendship runs. Youko is not only my longest friend, but truly my closest—someone who’s been by my side through it all. We met in 6th grade when Youko moved to my hometown, and from then on, they were inseparable, sharing every moment of high school and beyond. As for me, from the moment I met Youko, I just knew we were meant to be friends. She’s been my rock in every way possible—always there with a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on with a joking “there, there”, and the kind of laugh that instantly lifts my mood no matter what. Youko has been my friend who, no matter how long it has been, always picks up right where we left off. Whether we’re off on some spontaneous adventure or just enjoying quiet moments together, every memory with her is something I hold close. Youko’s kindness, strength, and unwavering support have inspired me in ways I can’t even express. She’s got a heart of gold and a spirit that lights up any room she walks into. Having her here by my side today as a bridesmaid means the world to me. Over the years, we’ve shared dreams, laughter, and a bond that feels truly unbreakable. She’s not just my best friend; she’s my sister in every sense of the word and I am so lucky to have her in my life. Cheers to the girl who has been with me through thick and thin, and to the countless more beautiful memories we’ll make together as we celebrate love today!

Lance Guerra

Groomsman

A Word From The Groom Gerry has been a true brother to me in every sense of the word. From the very beginning, he was always there for me—whether I needed a helping hand or someone to have my back. When things got tough, Gerry was the first to step in, ready to protect the ones he cared about. He was the protector of our crew, the one who’d charge in like a force of nature and make sure we were all safe, no matter what. But it wasn’t just about physical strength; it was his heart and his character that shaped me the most. Gerry taught me that true wealth isn’t about money or status—it’s about the legacy you build through your actions and the way you love and care for your family. His southern values of loyalty, honor, and respect have stayed with me, and they've influenced so much of how Jackie and I approach life together. In so many ways, Gerry helped me become the man I am today. I will forever be grateful for his friendship, his guidance, and the unwavering support he’s given me through the years. He’s not just family—he’s the kind of man who reminds you what really matters.

Heather Wood

Bridesmaid

A Word From the Bride As I reflect on this special time, I feel so incredibly lucky to have Heather in my life—both as a sister-in-law and as a friend. Heather is not only Dwight’s younger sister, but the first member of his family I met while she was out with friends for her birthday and I was out at dinner with a friend. From the very first moment we met, her warmth and kindness made it clear why she holds such a special place in Dwight’s heart. Heather has this unique ability to bring people together—whether through her infectious laughter, her thoughtful gestures, or her unshakable support, she has a way of making everyone feel truly valued. Not only is she a stunning bridesmaid, but Heather is someone who has the gift of making every moment feel special. I’ve always admired her passion and dedication to her work as a writer, dancer, and coach. Her strength, grace, and endless generosity inspire everyone who knows her. I am beyond grateful to have her by my side as we embark on this beautiful journey together. Cheers to Heather—someone I’m proud to call family, and even prouder to call a friend.

Dylan Wood

Groomsman

A Word From The Groom I honestly don’t even know where to start. We were close in high school, became distant and through fate or destiny, we were reunited through my sister. As a brother-in-law, you’ve shown me nothing but kindness, loyalty, and support. From day one, you treated my sister with respect and admiration. It’s not just that you’re family by marriage—it’s that you’ve become a true brother to me, someone I admire and respect. On top of that, the bond we built in high school still stands strong. We’ve shared so many memories, inside jokes, and moments of growth, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without your friendship. I’m lucky to have you in my life—whether as a friend, a brother-in-law, or just a great guy who’s always there when I need him. Thanks for being part of this day, and for being part of my life. You mean the world to me.

Kenzie Vitolka

Junior Bridesmaid

A Word From the Bride KK is my self-adopted "little sister," and I honestly can’t imagine this journey without her. KK came into my life through camping, where her family has a seasonal site next to my parents. From the moment we met, we just clicked, and it didn’t take long for her to feel like part of the family. As my "adopted little sister," KK has been there through so many chapters of my life—including watching our love story unfold—and I’m so honored to have her standing beside us today. Whether she’s helping with wedding prep or offering her support on the big day, I know her enthusiasm and energy will always shine through. From her infectious smile to the way she can always make everyone around her laugh, she has this special ability to make people feel loved and appreciated. Watching you grow into the amazing young woman you are today has been such a joy, KK, and I’m beyond thrilled to have you by my side. You’re not just standing with us today—you’ve been a part of this journey all along, and I can’t wait to celebrate love, laughter, and new beginnings with you, surrounded by the people who mean the most! Cheers to love, laughter, and sisterhood!

Megan O'Connor

Groomswoman

A Word From The Groom Meg has always been a source of guidence for me—the voice of reason when things got chaotic, helping keep us on course and shaping all of us into better men. Her steady presence, wisdom, and pure heart were always there to steer us away from poor decisions, and I’m grateful for the balance she brought to our group. What I admire most about Meg is her authenticity. While I was caught up in chasing trends and the excitement of city life, she stayed true to herself, and that taught me the valuable lesson that it’s okay to be different, as long as it’s true to who you are. She showed me the power of standing firm in my own identity and forging my own path. You were always one of the guys, but never afraid to call us out when we needed it. Your strength, kindness, and authenticity made you the perfect balance of tough and tender. Without you, I wouldn’t have discovered some of the things I love today—both in the wild and within myself. Meg, your friendship has had a lasting impact on my life, and I’m forever grateful for everything you’ve taught me.

Ariella Castillo

Flower Girl

Ariella is Dwight's cousin, and the daughter of our officiant, Louis Castillo. Ariella is a bundle of joy and creativity, with a passion for all things colorful and floral! She’s already mastered the art of spreading smiles and love and is excited to do so on our wedding day. With her radiant energy and twinkling eyes, she can light up any room.

Chase Gilliam

Groomsman

A Word From The Groom Chase, you’ve always been the leader of our group—the heart and soul of "The Front Porch". From the moment we all became friends, you naturally took the reins, setting the tone for our group with your unwavering personality, loyalty, and that wild side that kept us all on our toes. You’ve never been one to hold back, whether it’s cracking jokes, taking risks, or making sure we’re all having the best time possible. You’ve been the kind of leader who leads by example, never afraid to get into the thick of things and always making sure everyone’s along for the ride. We’ve had some unforgettable moments together—whether it was spontaneous road trips, late-night conversations that turned into all-night laughs, or the countless crazy ideas that somehow turned into epic stories. You’ve always been the one pushing the envelope, making sure we lived life to the fullest and embraced every bit of an adventure. I’m grateful to have you in my life, and even more honored to have you with me today. Chase, you’re the kind of friend who makes every moment memorable, and I can’t wait to see what wild adventures you have planned with your family.

James Deneau

Father of the Bride

A Word From The Bride My dad has been a constant source of love, guidance, and support throughout my life. He’s not only been a dedicated business owner, teaching me the value of hard work and perseverance, but also someone who’s always made sure I knew how important family, education, and following your passion truly are. When he’s not focused on his work, you can usually find him relaxing at the lake or enjoying time with family—his favorite place to be. Dad, you’ve always been there for me, through every big moment—whether it was cheering me on at my first softball game, celebrating that national championship title, supporting me through every graduation, or even helping me move (yes, I’m still laughing about the couch we tossed off the balcony). And now, here we are, celebrating this incredible day. I honestly wouldn’t be who I am today without you. You’ve taught me what true strength, kindness, and determination look like, and I carry those lessons with me every day. Thank you for showing me what love really is. I’m so lucky to have you as my dad, and I’m so grateful that you’ve welcomed Dwight into our family with open arms. I’m thrilled to start this new chapter with him, and I couldn’t be happier to have both of you by my side. Cheers to my dad – a man that continues to stand by me, offering his wisdom and love as he welcomes Dwight into our family.

Dwight Hunt Sr

Father of the Groom

A Word From The Groom As I stand here today, preparing to marry the love of my life, there’s a part of me that wishes my dad could be here to share this moment. Though he’s no longer with us, his presence still feels strong in my heart. My dad was a man who gave love and support unconditionally, always in the background, quietly cheering me on—even when I didn’t realize it. His passions—books, technology, and firearms—shaped not only who he was but who I am today. Dad’s love of books was something I’ll always associate with him. Our home was filled with novels, history books, and stories of adventure. He believed in the power of a good story, teaching me that books shape our thoughts and perspectives. Those moments spent reading together are ones I’ll always treasure. He was also an early adopter of technology, always having the latest gadgets. I can still picture him patiently showing me how things worked—whether building a computer or troubleshooting a device. He taught me the value of curiosity, learning, and embracing change. Above all, my dad taught me responsibility, strength, and respect, especially when it came to firearms. He taught me that owning something powerful requires respect and caution. Though he’s gone, his lessons live on in me. Dad, I carry your memory and the man you helped me become into this new chapter of my life.

Nancy Deneau

Mother of the Bride

A Word From The Bride As my mom, you have been my constant source of love and guidance, shaping who I am with your steadfast support. From my earliest days, you created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and a lifetime of memories I hold close to my heart. In face, you’re the one who has always known how to make everything feel like home, whether it was through your warm hugs, endless wisdom, or quiet strength. Mom, you’ve always been my role model, my cheerleader, and my best friend. You’ve shown me what true kindness and strength look like every single day and taught me the true meaning of unconditional love, resilience and grace. We’ve shared so many unforgettable moments together—daily talks, spontaneous adventures, and family vacations that always brought us even closer. Each one of those memories has helped shape the bond we share, and I’ll treasure them forever. I can’t thank you enough for teaching me what love really is. You and Dad have given me the greatest gift. I’m so grateful for the life and lessons you’ve given me - I wouldn’t be the person I am today without you. I’m beyond excited to start this next chapter with Dwight by my side, and I’m so thankful that you’ve welcomed him into our family with open arms from the very beginning. Cheers to my mom - the woman who has shaped me in more ways than I can count. Thank you for always being there, for your never-ending support, and for showing me what it means to love fiercely.

Susan Hunt

Mother of the Groom

A Word From The Groom When I think about my mom, our relationship feels like a blend of gratitude and some lingering questions. She had a way of offering advice, whether I asked for it or not, and growing up, I often wondered what she was really looking for. Sometimes it felt more like authority than guidance, with a ready “I told you so” that made me feel like she didn’t trust me to figure things out on my own. I’d roll my eyes at her warnings, not fully appreciating the care behind them. But now, I realize that even if her approach was a little much at times, she was only trying to steer me in the right direction in the best way she knew how. She was incredibly protective, sometimes to the point of feeling like a smothering mother—like when she’d check my pockets to make sure I hadn’t forgotten something or was about to do something I shouldn’t. I hated it back then, but now I see it wasn’t about the “things” I might have left behind—it was her way of ensuring I was safe. The lessons in discipline and responsibility she taught me sometimes made me wonder, but looking back, I understand that it was her way of showing how much she cared for us. So, Mom, thank you for all the lessons, even the ones I didn’t want to hear. You've played such an important role in shaping who I am today, even if I didn’t always see it at the time.

Louis Castillo

Officiant

A Word From The Groom There are few people in life who can light up a room the way you do. You’ve always been the life of the party, bringing energy, laughter, and an infectious sense of fun to every gathering. But what stands out to me most is the way you’ve always loved and supported our family—especially Aunt Leah. The way you care for her, and the bond you share, is something I’ve always admired. You’ve shown me that love isn’t just about the big moments, but about the little acts of kindness and always showing up for each other, no matter what. Beyond your love for Aunt Leah, what I’ve learned most from you is the power of determination. You’ve always taught me that no dream is too big and no challenge too tough, as long as you’re willing to put in the work. Your drive and resilience have shown me that with enough determination, anything is possible—no matter how impossible it might seem at first. And as an incredible father, you’ve set the ultimate example of what it means to be both strong and loving. Watching you with your kids, I see how deeply you care and how fiercely you protect them. Your love for your family, your work ethic, and your ability to balance it all has shaped me in ways I’ll carry with me forever. Thank you for being such an amazing role model, and for always being there with wisdom, support, and a good time when needed. You've had such a positive impact on my life, and I’m so honored to have you marry Jackie and I.

Rosco & Houston

Best Dogs

While we are bummed they cannot join us for the big day, they will be in our hearts. Rosco is a 3-year-old Miniature American Shepherd who won Jackie's heart in May 2021 and the home she shared with her cat, Rosiland, opened it's door to the spunky little guy. Jackie watched as Dwight opened his heart to Rosco without missing a beat. However, they knew Rosco needed a brother, and Houston joined their small family in July 2024 as a pup who is growing every day, both in size and personality. Their home is filled with love, laughter and 12 paws.
