Why is your wedding on a Tuesday?

Answer

July 29th has a very special meaning to Dwan. Gram, her maternal grandmother who assisted in raising her, was born on that date. Additionally, Auntie and Uncle were married on July 29th. Gram passed away in May of 2023 and Auntie passed in May of 2024. These were two of the most special women in her life. Auntie and Uncle had a beautiful marriage of 53 years and more importantly, they had a marriage that Dwan and Vernard admired. They had honesty, friendship, understanding, compassion, and unconditional LOVE.

Are children allowed at the wedding and reception?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY!!! We have kids and we get it! We are happy to celebrate with EVERYONE!
