A beloved local fall festival full of small-town charm. If you’re looking to explore the area before the celebration, it’s a great stop (just be mindful of traffic and timing, as it can get busy). While you likely won’t catch the parade, we recommend planning ahead for travel delays in the area.

Where we first met—feel free to take a walk around Cane Creek if you have time in Cookeville!

⛰️Burgess Falls State Park
Stunning waterfalls and one of the most popular hikes in the area.
⛰️ Cummins Falls State Park
If you haven't seen this waterfall it's worth it! The accessible overlook is not that far of a walk if you don't feel like going down to the falls!
⛰️ Window Cliffs State Natural Area
This is not a trail for the weak! Strenuous hike but really neat place!
