This hotel is 8 minutes away from the venue. We have secured a block of rooms for $169 / night for both Friday and Saturday night, if needed. Please click the "View" button below to book at this rate - do not book through the hotel's main website as you may not receive our special rate! When booking through our link, please note it defaults to a two night stay, but you can certainly adjust to one night. Shuttle service will be provided between the Holiday Inn Express and the venue. You are also welcome to drive yourself, as there is parking available at the venue. Note you can leave your car at the venue overnight if needed. Please indicate if you will utilize the shuttle service in your RSVP.

Washington, DC has two large airports - IAD and DCA - and is only 2 hours from the venue. Flying into DC would be a good way to avoid having a connecting flight to Richmond while only tacking an extra 30 mins on to the drive to Ruckersville!
