What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We recommend you arrive between 3:15 and 3:45 PM as there is a short walk between the parking area and the ceremony.

What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is requested. Suggested attire includes midi, maxi or ankle length dresses or jumpsuits for the ladies, and jackets and slacks for the men (ties optional). Ladies, please be aware the ceremony will be outside on the grass, and there is a short walk between the ceremony and the reception. A thicker, more comfortable heel is recommended!

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a shuttle service to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ruckersville. If you intend to utilize the shuttle service, please indicate as such in your online RSVP. Ubers and Lyfts do operate in the area, but availability is limited. We would not recommend relying on these services.

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue should you choose to drive.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. If you do have a plus one, he or she will be listed on your invitation.

What is the dress code for Friday evenings event?

Answer

Come as you are - dress up or down! We are just excited to see you!

Will food be provided at Friday evenings event?

Answer

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and desserts will be provided on Friday evening.
