To Buenos Aires, Ezeiza Airport (EZE)  Most of the big airlines like American, Delta, United and also Latam, Copa or Aeromexico. From EZE we would recommend renting a car or taking a shuttle to Rosario price right now for the shuttle is around 50 usd each way, the drive is around 4 hours.

ROS Rosario International Airport

To Rosario (ROS)  Copa Airlines with layover in Panama. This way you wouldn’t have to go through Buenos Aires but Copa is the only Airline that has international flights to the city.
