Flights: To Rosario (ROS)  Copa Airlines with layover in Panama. This way you wouldn’t have to go through Buenos Aires but Copa is the only Airline that has international flights to the city. To Buenos Aires, Ezeiza Airport (EZE)  Most of the big airlines like American, Delta, United and also Latam, Copa or Aeromexico. From EZE we would recommend renting a car or taking a shuttle to Rosario price right now for the shuttle is around 50 usd each way, the drive is around 4 hours. If you don’t have an airline preference, searching on Google Flights is something that has worked for us in the past.
