Dustin and Kelci met while working at their very first veterinary hospital job together. Kelci started out as a front desk receptionist, while Dustin was a veterinary assistant. 8 months later, Kelci began training as a veterinary assistant with Dustin being one of her trainers. After being friends for about a year, they developed feelings for one another. Although both of them were reluctant to date each other while being coworkers, they decided to give it a try anyway because the heart wants what the heart wants after all! Eventually, they moved on to work at different animal hospitals after nearly two years of working together and even endured a long distance relationship when Kelci went off to veterinary school. Like most relationships, they had their ups and downs. However, they quickly realized that they would not choose any other person to journey through this silly little life with. They were put in the right place at the right time nearly a decade ago. They cannot wait until they can call each other husband and wife and to continue their beautiful life together 🤍
