Vrem is Kat's step-son her best man. He enjoys virtual reality, video games, and YouTube. Kat has fond memories of sledding together, playing board games, and travelling together.
Shasta Hallock (she/her)
Best Woman
Shasta and Dustin met while working at Houlihan's in 1999, she initially did not like him. At All. Thankfully, their friendship evolved and they continue to best friends and enjoy spending time in Shasta's hot tub. Shasta lives in Lenexa,KS with her husband, children, and dogs. Kat and Dustin enjoy spending time with the whole Hallock family.

Brother to the bride. Resides in Washington, Iowa with his spouse and 2 children. Steve and Kat both enjoy playing board games at family events.
Brendon O'Neal (he/him)

Dustin and Brendon became friends in high school when Dustin would come visit their mutual friend, Tom in KC. Brendon and Dustin have lived together, travelled to Costa Rica &California together, enjoy listening vinyl, and share a love of women's soccer. Brendon lives with his wife and 3 dogs and Kat and Dustin love coming over for board game nights.

Aaron and Dustin were served at Houlihan's and that is where they met in 2000. Dustin and Kat enjoy spending time with Aaron and his family at the Lake of the Ozarks. Dustin looks good on a jet ski. Aaron lives in Lee's Summit, MO with his family.

Dr. Becca Davis is Kat's cousin and boasts the honor of having given the name "Dustryn" to the bride and groom. Becca resides in Denver, Colorado with her partner and dog.
Kristi Klohs (she/her)

Dustin met Kristi in 2000 at Houlihan's where they both worked. They enjoy drinks on a patio, dinner together with friends, and the money tree that has brought them much wealth. Kristi lives in Raymore with her husband, two kids, dog, and money tree.
Michelle Moores (she/her)

Michelle and Kat met in 2007 in the Colorado State Honors dorms. Michelle resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her spouse and 2 children. Kat and Dustin enjoy visiting the Moores every year.
Tom Larkin (he/him)
Groomsman
Dustin met Tom at Independence Middle School in 7th grade and became friends bonding over Ace Ventura, Dumb & Dumber, and Jim Carrey on In Living Color. They enjoy microbrew beers on a porch, listening to vinyl, and eating Indian food together. Tom lives in San Jose, California.
Jodi McAree (she/her)

Jodi and Kat met while working at Children's Mercy Hospital. Jodi is a friend and mentor to the bride. Kat and Jodi enjoy laughing until they cry.

Dustin and Steve meet, you guessed it, at Houlihan's as well as O'Neills . Dustin and Steve have lived together in the past. While these days they see each other infrequently, Steve remains an important and influential person in Dustin's life.

Emily and Kat grew up in the church together and therefore have fasted, worshiped, and camped together. They both love nature and conservation. Emily lives in North Dakota with her husband, child, and dog.

Children of Steve and Jill Boman and were not interested in being ring bearers or flower children so have been given the best and most challenging role at the wedding. Cooper and Cora live in Washington, Iowa.

Dumplin was adopted in 2019 from Basset and Beagle Rescue of the Heartland. She enjoys long naps, short walks, sweaters, and lots of snacks. Dumplin loves all humans, but only certain dogs.

Roger was adopted in 2021 from ACARF and enjoys wrestling and playing fetch. Roger loves human friends and dog friends.
