What started out as a simple refuge from the big city, ACME Acres was born out of a desire to draw inspiration from the beautiful valley in which it lives. Shawn Patrick Anderson, Co-Owner of ACME Brooklyn, saw potential over 20 years ago in this defunct dairy farm, with not much left but two old barns and an old foundation. Shawn's vision and charisma (plus some really great friends) attracted artists from all over New York City and beyond to build what is now the ACME family. Over the years, many of these hands have poured their blood, sweat and tears (beers?) into shaping what has become a true gem of creative collaboration, ACME Acres. ACME Acres is the place where we truly found each other during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and where we continue to deepen our love for one another and build our friendships with our ACME family. It is truly the most special of places, and we are excited to share its magic with you. *enter pixie dust*
