Unfortunately, no. During this time of year, Perugia hosts its annual jazz festival, which makes it difficult to secure a traditional hotel room block. Instead, we’ve listed four recommended hotels that are all within close proximity to one another in the city center. Transportation will be provided to and from the Welcome Party and Wedding Day from a centralized pick-up location near these hotels. If you choose to stay at one of the recommended accommodations, please let us know so we can plan transportation accordingly.
Due to the laws and regulations of the European Union, please ensure that you check your passport expiration date. Most countries within the EU require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned date of departure. If your passport requires renewal, please plan ahead! Currently, passport processing times are about 8-11 weeks.
We will be providing transportation for our guests to the venue from a designated hotel - more details to come so please continue to check the website! If you do happen to miss the transportation or prefer to arrange your own, our venue will have on-site parking.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invite as well as when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We love your little ones! However due to limited space we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only event with exception of immediate family and children of the wedding party.
Dress to impress — formal attire is requested. Suits, long dresses, and cocktail dresses are perfect. Keep in mind that parts of the wedding will be outdoors on stone or grass, so plan your footwear accordingly!
