Hotel: In order to keep all our hard partying guests safe, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Residence Inn by Marriott in Avon, CT. Saturday there are only a few rooms left and they are filling up fast! The hotel is 20 minutes away from our venue. See below for details on booking. Transportation: For all hotel guests we will have three buses available to shuttle people from the hotel to the venue and back afterwards, but everyone is welcome to drive themselves as well! Parking: For any guests not staying in the hotel or choosing to drive themselves, there is plenty of parking available in the front lot on-site. For any guests that need help getting around, there are golf carts available on the property for assistance.

All available rooms come with at least one standard queen bed, in addition to one pull-out sleeper sofa. Check-in time is 3PM, but don't forget shuttles to the venue will leave right after 4PM. Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel to Boulder Ridge

September 18, 2021 3:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Buses will bring guests staying in the hotel to The Village, departing the hotel right after 4:00PM and arriving on site before 4:30PM. Later on in the night, the first round of shuttles will leave at 9PM to bring any guests back that may wish to leave a bit earlier. The final round of shuttles will leave just after 10PM to return back to the hotel and after party.
