Question

Is the venue wheelchair or ADA friendly?

Answer

Yes! Wheelchairs and Walkers can easily be used here. They do also have a chair lift for those that need it, to assist in getting up the stairs to the second floor for the ceremony.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

RSVP will be done via the website. You can find the RSVP link on the home page.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask to have all RSVPs in no later than September 1st. We need to give a head count to the catering by September 4th.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Absolutely! You can bring the family! We ask, however, to PLEASE make sure to RSVP exactly how many are coming from your party. This helps us to work with catering and final prep so that we can ensure that we have enough food and seating for everyone.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

100%! We are a child friendly wedding. We will have games and things put together so that the kiddos have fun as well! As asked previously, PLEASE make sure to RSVP exactly how many people will be coming from your party. This helps us to work with catering and the final prep to ensure we have enough food and seating for everyone.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi Formalish. You don't have to wear a suit or fancy ball gown, but no Jeans and T-shirt attire, please.

Are there any styles or colors you prefer us to where?

Answer

The wedding party, immediate family, and close friends will be in our colors of blue and purple. Other than those colors and white, you are welcome to come in any style/color you like. If you wear white, someone might accidentally spill red wine. Heather can be really clumsy sometimes.

Any updates will be posted here on the website. As we get closer to the big day, check back for any additions or changes.

We will be having the event at "The Loft" in Chehalis, WA. 547 NW Pacific Ave, Chehalis, WA 98532

Is there parking available by the venue?

Answer

The venue does have a decent size lot as well as parking directly across the street if needed. There is a map up above that marks the parking areas.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 3:30 pm with seating at 3:15 pm. We recommend arriving around 2:30 pm.

What is the wedding Day Itinerary?

Answer

Grazing table and Cocktail hour: 2:30 pm Seated for Ceremony at 3:15 pm Ceremony to begin at 3:30 pm Bride and Groom Photos 4:00-4:30 Chaos (Aka Reception) Between 4:30 pm

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is inside and can be temperature controlled if is too hot or cold.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

It's Washington. It never knows what kind of weather it wants to have and can change quickly. With the venue being indoors, we should be ok. However, if you’re coming to us from out of state, be prepared to wear a variety. With the wedding being at the beginning of October, fall weather clothes are recommended, but also be prepared in case it decides to get cold earlier or stay warm.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bartenders will be working for tips, so please make sure you are tipping them, we will greatly appreciate that. We trust that our friends and family will show them love and appreciation for serving you!

Am I allowed to take photos of your wedding?

Answer

Of course! You are also welcome to take your own photos. We do ask that, if you decide to take pictures or videos, please steer clear of the Photographer so that they can get good shots.

Can I post pictures of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We want you to share the memories that you have made at our union! Use the hashtag "AllSaidandDunn." We do ask that any of the photos you can see the photographer is taking, such as the first dance, dances with parents, cake cutting, etc., not be posted until we have posted those. You are welcome to take pics of those special times, though! If you’re not sure, you can always ask one of us. ☺️

Can I take photos of the Ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! However, we ask that you not block the photographer while he is taking pictures. So keep an eye out for him!

Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The venue is 2 floors. The ceremony will be upstairs and the reception downstairs.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

It will be buffet Style Meats -Slow smoked beef brisket -Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sides -Baby rosemary potatoes seasoned -Creamy cheddar garlic Yukon gold mash -Smoked Mac & Cheese -Green Salad Cake Single-Serve Cheesecakes. Regular, strawberry, and chocolate. There will be gluten-free cheesecake options as well!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we are asking for money towards the honeymoon fund. You can give some online on the wedding registry page or bring it to the wedding. We appreciate anything you want to give.
