Is there a dress code for the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Suits and tuxedos are welcome, as are floor-length gowns and cocktail dresses. Ladies, the ceremony & reception will take place on grass, so take note when choosing footwear.

What is the transportation schedule for Friday?

Answer

There is NO parking at The Cottage at the Crystal Coast. Uber/Lyfts and taxi’s are available on the island if you are not able to take the shuttle. The shuttle schedule is below. If you are not staying at these hotels, please get to them in order to take the shuttle. Rehearsal Dinner guests: CCCC - 5:30pm Doubletree - 5:45pm All guests for Welcome Party: Inn at PKS: 6:45pm Hotel Alice: 7:05pm Seaside Villas: 7:15pm Doubletree: 7:15pm Doubletree: 7:15pm Ocean Ridge Drive & W Fort Macon Homes: 7:30pm Shuttle will begin taking those back to the above destinations from 9p-11p. You are also welcome to walk (12 min walk) to "The Circle" for more nightlife options.

What are transportation options for Saturday?

Answer

Shuttles to the ceremony/reception will run beginning at 3:30pm. Pickup locations will be at the Inn at Pine Knoll Shores, Hotel Alice & Doubletree, along with Seaside Villas & Ocean Ridge Drive. If you are not staying at these properties, you may either park at Doubletree/Hotel Alice and grab the shuttle or arrive directly at the ceremony, Country Club of Crystal Coast. After the reception, a shuttle will be provided to the after party at The Tackle Box, but you are responsible for transportation after that concludes. Shuttles back to hotels/specific rental homes will also run after the reception. The shuttle schedule is below: Trolley: Ocean Ridge Drive: 3:30pm 1607 W. Is there Uber available on the island?

Answer

There are ubers/lyfts available but they are sparse. There are reputable taxi companies, Carteret Cab (252-247-4600) & Atlantic Beach Taxi (252-241-3555).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Crystal Coast Country Club does have parking and vehicles can be left overnight.
