Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

There will be one 50 person bus available starting at 4:45pm and ending at 10:30pm. The bus will start at the Bradley Beach/Surfwatch area and drop guests at the venue. It will run every hour between the venue and Bradley beach area. There will be a smaller 20 person sprinter van on the same schedule between the Courtyard Marriott and the venue. The venue has plenty of parking available for those who prefer to drive. Cars may be left over night, however the venue does not reopen until 11:00am on Sunday to retrieve left cars. Uber and Lyft are available on the island, but can be limited depending on the time of year. We recommend scheduling rides ahead with Apple Transportation, Yellow Transportation, or Carolina Transit if you are interested in a ride other than the busses.

Flight

SAV or HHH

Both Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) and Hilton Head Island (HHH) are great options for those flying in. SAV often has better deals (SDF and CVG have direct Allegiant flights depending on the time of year), but it's worth pricing Hilton Head Airport as well. Savannah is a little under an hour drive from Hilton Head. There are rental cars and shuttle services available. While some people will prefer to have a car on the island, you can definitely get away with ubering for a weekend.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Coligny area close to many of our favorite things. Walk to Coligny Beach, the Frosty Frog, and so many other special spots! It also has a Breeze Trolley stop that can take you to various spots on the island. This will also be a pick up/drop off spot for the wedding shuttle. This beachfront hotel is close to the venue, and will have wedding shuttle pick up/drop off. It is just a quick walk from where the wedding party + friends will be staying if you want to be our neighbors!

Marriott's Grande Ocean

This hotel was a family favorite growing up. It is ocean front with multiple pools, and in a great location on the island. It has outdoor games like bocce ball and putting greens, as well as kids camp available seasonally. These villas include living rooms, dining areas, and fully equipped kitchens.

There are plenty of house rental options available on the island. Check out AirBNB, VRBO, and Beach Properties of Hilton Head. Some of our favorite areas are North Forest Beach, South Forest Beach, and Sea Pines, but you will love any spot on the island!
