Book Early!

Our wedding will be the same weekend as the SBT GRVL gravel bike race in Steamboat. This means it will be a very lively weekend around town, and flights and accommodations may book up quickly. We recommend booking your travel plans as early as possible!

Yampa Valley Regional Airport

Located 30 minutes outside of Steamboat. Please note, Uber and Lyft DO NOT pick up from this airport. Shuttle service are available to book, and The Grand offers a hotel shuttle. Otherwise, we recommend renting a car or arranging a pick up.

Denver International Airport

Located 3 hours from Steamboat Springs. This option will require a car rental, or catching a ride with friends or family.

The Steamboat Grand

The Grand sits at the base area of the ski resort, and it is walking distance to the ceremony and reception site. Discounted rooms are available at The Grand by using the link here, or by contacting the hotel at 877-269-2628 and referencing the Carter / Blake wedding. Please note that rooms aren't blocked off, so they are subject to availability. We recommend booking as soon as possible to make sure you are able to get a room.

Hotels and Condos

There are a number of other hotels and condos available around Steamboat. We recommend staying close to the ski hill for easy access to the wedding, but the town of Steamboat has great places to stay as well that are a short ride away from the resort base area.

There are plenty of amazing rentals available around the Steamboat area! If you decide to go this route, we recommend booking close to the base area of the ski resort, which is where the gondola wil take you to the venue.
