Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided for guests to get picked up at the hotel prior to the reception and dropped back off at the hotel following the reception. Please see the “Hotel” page of the website for more information.

How far is the reception location from the ceremony location?

Answer

It is about a 41 minute drive (27 miles) from the ceremony to the reception. We appreciate you making the drive, as Holy Cross Chapel is the church I grew up attending, and the church Duncan & I have been continuing to attend as a couple, and we couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for a couple hours. The reception hall opens at 4:00 pm for appetizers and beverages. Guests will be able to enjoy a beverage while taking a ride on the ski lift for cocktail hour! Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We love all of you and want to be in this moment with you, not your cameras and devices. We appreciate you silencing and turning off all your electronic devices and letting our wonderful professional photographers & videographers get all the special pictures (that we will happily share) for you!
