We’re getting married!

Duncan and I are high school sweethearts. Our love story began in biology class, our freshman year. Duncan had a desk next to mine and he took full advantage of sitting next to me every day. We talked all throughout the year, getting yelled at by the teachers for paying more attention to each other than our school work. That summer after freshman year on July 9th, 2011 Duncan asked me to be his girlfriend, and I of course said yes! Since then we have been inseparable. We were just a couple of 15 year olds at the time, on our first date we weren’t even old enough to drive! We rode our bicycles to Waubedonia park to go fishing together at the river. Which is the very same place almost a decade later Duncan asked me to marry him. On March 13th, 2021 we were walking our dog Bailey through the park together. Just as the sun was beginning to set Duncan put his arm around me and started reminicing about our first date at that park. He then got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. I said YES! On July 9th, 2022 we will be getting married on our 11 year anniversary and we could not be more excited to spend the rest of our lives together as husband and wife. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
